Big Thanks to 20/20 and XEE
I wish to say "thank you" to all who gave me a strong affirmation last night on my up coming trip. It makes me a little more secure knowing I have "Home Team" support and that while I am traveling alone to these 20 cities, you will all be there with me in spirit. Yet with all that, I also feel stronger inside and, after all, the strength we feel inside drives us to do the things we do. Yet the power and energy often comes from outside of us. The power of Love is "Viral" as they say in PC lingo. It spreads and grows and effects both Lover and Loved. So we have a mandate for the Good of all mankind to share our Love.

Impressions About Pending Trip
The comments have been all over the board. Some people think it is great; others think I have gone over the edge and need to be put in a nut house.
The majority are for it. This makes me feel better in believing there is a God, and he allows us to have more Hope than despair.
After all, hope is the belief in things unseen, and no one knows the outcome o any trip until he makes it. Sure we plan and schedule. My experience has been that no matter how much we plan and no matter how perfect the schedule seems. It only takes one thing out of place to make things go wrong. As it is said " The best laid plans of Mice and Men...."
Mostly the mice are in charge. Many of us are in the Rat race, and even if we are ahead it just makes us smarter rats. I lived it for many years, and dedicated my energy to making more money and getting ahead. In the end, I won the race, and the purse was split, but not evenly. So, In fact, I lost.
Yet I found new hope, and a new direction. I am being drawn to this trip for a reason. I have a feeling in my heart and soul it is the right thing to do. It is crazy and may be a bit dangerous as is all travel. However, that was even more true thousands of years ago when there were highway men, pirates and really no law enforcement as we know it. There were few places to eat or conveniences as we know them [el bano] along the road. So to say it is a risk today is true.
Yet it is a "piece of Cake" compared to the past. I may seem dumb, but I have faith I will finish and have a good and productive time doing so. Who knows, along the way someone may be inspired by a "Leap of Faith.

Starbucks
Hi Fellow Travelers:
Joined the News Room at Starbucks and added my blog as the news spot for this trip.
It made sense to me that since they sponsor "Morning Joe" on MSNBC that they may
want to have me visit each of their Starbucks locations in the 20+ cities I will visit .
If they have their coffee in the morning they may wake up to the fact that this is a good idea and that it dovetails with Morning Joe.
If nothing else, they may offer me a cup of coffee after each leg of the journey. HAHA
